Over the past 20 years, Philippa Wilson - Landscape Architects’ have designed hundreds of residential properties, from very small courtyards to larger town gardens.
We pride ourselves on listening to the client and working with them until they are 100% satisfied with the final design.
Our residential designs have featured in both the ‘NZ House and Garden’ magazine and the ‘NZ Gardener’ magazine on a number of occasions.
A large proportion of our work involves designing lifestyle blocks and large country gardens. This can include only the 'garden area' of the property, or can be a 'Master Plan' incorporating the whole property including building locations, shelter plantings, location of fences, ponds, tracks, sheds, driveways, etc.
We have also developed plans for small scale forestry blocks, dairy sheds, irrigation storage ponds and farm shelter plans.
We can provide you with an inspired design that is also functional and practical.
These projects are always enjoyable and stimulating with unique challenges and constraints that we are happy to solve.
Past projects have varied in scale and complexity, from indoor gardens to retirement villages and sub-division developments.
We have been involved with a large number of school developments in the past, as well as designing Kindergarten landscapes, Hospital gardens and memorial gardens. We have also undertaken design work of public spaces for City Councils
